CALL FOR PAPERS
The Institute of Social Sciences Ivo Pilar and VERN' University invite you to participate in the 5th international multidisciplinary scientific conference MIC - Vis, 2024, to be held from September 18 – 21, 2024 on the island of Vis in Croatia.
The goal of MIC - Vis, 2024 is to foster new approaches to the main challenges that Mediterranean islands are facing and propose new solutions through brainstorming, discussion and scientific research.
MIC - Vis, 2024 is an international multidisciplinary scientific conference on the following topics:

All submissions are peer-reviewed. All accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts. Selected papers will be published in the Conference Book on our website after the conference. It is possible to participate (as author or co-author) with a maximum of 2 papers at the conference.
Confirmation of the presentation will be issued to all the presenters at the conference.
Steps to attend a conference MIC – Vis 2024
- Submit your abstract by fulfilling abstract submission form
- Recieve abstract confirmation and payment details
- Proceed with payment to confirm your participation on MIC-Vis, 2024
Conference language: the official conference language is English and all papers and presentations should be in the English language
Presentation: Presentations should not exceed 15 minutes. It is recommended to leave at least 5 minutes for the discussion. Please bring your presentation on a USB flash drive. Each presentation room will be equipped with a laptop set up for PowerPoint presentations and a screen.
It is possible to participate (as author or co-author) with a maximum of 2 papers at the conference.
